As a professional manufacturer of 100% Remy human hair wigs and extensions, all orders undergo strict quality inspection before shipment. Due to the customized and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects and must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and video evidence. Customized orders, bulk production, private label, colored, altered, or worn products are strictly non-refundable. Approved claims may qualify for replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our discretion. Shipping charges, customs duties, and clearance fees are non-refundable.
